DJs: delete your account in the app

1. Open the CueGain app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your login, profile (name, bio, avatar, social links), events, and notification settings are removed. If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@cuegain.com from your account's email address and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.

Withdraw any remaining balance before deleting — a deleted account can no longer request payouts.

Fans: you don't have an account

Fans use CueGain without registering. To remove what little we hold about you: clear your browser cookies to discard your anonymous session, use the unsubscribe link in any DJ mailing to remove your email from that list, or email privacy@cuegain.com to have your email address removed from all lists.

What we must keep

Records of completed payments (amounts, dates, and payout records) are retained for six years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Finnish Accounting Act. After account deletion these records are kept in a form no longer linked to your profile. Everything else is deleted. Details in our Privacy Policy.
